SHOPPING GUIDE for OVERSEAS

We accept orders from overseas. Currently, we don't have a site in foreign languages, so please use your web browser's translation function when you try to understand item's description. If you need help, please feel free to contact us. ＜MAIL＞ mail@shelter-web.jp When you find the item you like, press the ADD TO CART button to add it to your cart. After moving to the cart, select "English" from the button on the top right, then you can use the overseas order cart. See image below.

Once we have received your order, you will be sent an automatic email confirming your order. After we calculate the shipping cost to your address, we will send you a payment request email for the shipping fee. As soon as we can confirm the payment for the shipping fee, we will immediately send your merchandise by EMS. International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. |
PAYMENT METHODS |
We accept payment via credit cards or PayPal. ※ATTENTION※ Payments made by PayPal will be added to a 5% processing fee of the total amount. |
DELIVERIES |
International shipping will be made by EMS (Express Mail Service). You can check the EMS shipping fee on the following page. https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/charge/list/ems_all_en.html We will ship as soon as payment is confirmed. Shipping is usually completed within 1-2 days. We will inform you of the tracking number by e-mail, after the parcel is dispatched. Due to factors beyond our control, delivery to certain countries or regions may be delayed or not possible. We are not responsible for any delays, damage or loss caused by courier or customs. |
TAX AND DUTIES |
Japanese consumption tax is exempted for orders from overseas. For shipping within Japan includes 10% consumption tax. When ordering products from abroad, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other charges incurred in the recipient's country. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the customs charges will be. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to know how much the customs duties will be on your order. |
