春夏のコレクションで継続して製作している、寸法を大きく取ったオーバーサイズシャツ。
今作では、ボリューム感を保ちながらも、より上品に収まりの良いバランスへとアップデートしました。
長い年月をかけて培われた技術を用い、素材をゆっくりと時間をかけて揉みほぐすことで、柔らかな膨らみと細かなシボ感を引き出しています。生機から幾度もの工程を経ることで、どこか和紙のような繊細な表情を纏った生地に仕上がりました。
心地よいハリとしなやかさを併せ持ち、素材そのもののニュアンスを活かすため、淡く柔らかなカラーリングで染め上げています。
実寸ではかなり大きな設計ながら、パターンやカッティングを細かく調整することで、着用時には過度に主張せず、自然と上品に収まるシルエットに。背中に配した深いボックスプリーツからは、美しいドレープと陰影が生まれ、動くたびに大きく揺れる生地の表情を楽しめます。
夏の訪れには袖を捲り、軽い羽織として着用するのもおすすめ。
素材の柔らかさと軽さがオーバーサイズと重なり、気温の高い季節でもさらりと肌に触れ、心地よく風を通します。

An oversized shirt with generously expanded measurements, continuously developed for ANCELLM’s spring and summer collections.
For this season, the balance has been refined to achieve a more composed and elegant silhouette while retaining its distinctive volume.
Drawing on time-honored techniques, the fabric is slowly kneaded and softened over an extended process, creating gentle fullness and fine surface texture. Through multiple stages from raw cloth, the material develops a subtle, almost washi-like appearance.
It balances a pleasant firmness with supple flexibility, and is finished in soft, pale tones to highlight the nuanced character of the fabric itself.
Although the actual measurements are notably oversized, careful adjustments to the pattern and cutting allow the shirt to settle gracefully when worn.
A deep box pleat at the back creates rich drape and shadow, allowing the fabric to flow beautifully with movement and emphasizing its generous volume.
As summer approaches, rolling up the sleeves and wearing it as a light outer layer is also recommended.
The combination of softness, lightness, and oversized proportions ensures a comfortable touch against the skin, allowing air to pass through easily even in warmer temperatures.
