素材には、尾州地方の歴史ある機屋で旧式の織機を用いて製織したオリジナルの高密度平織生地を使用。経緯糸ともに超長綿を限界まで高密度に織り上げることで、ナチュラルな光沢感と耐久性を兼ね備えた表情に仕上げています。製織後は、機械を使わずに時間をかけて洗いと乾燥を行い、まるで長年寄り添ってきた古布のような奥深い風合いを実現しました。
