レギュラーシルエットのシャツを11XLという大胆なサイズ設定に落とし込み、丈感を調整して仕上げられたジャンピエールのシグネチャーデザインシャツ。

斬新なアプローチで構築された本作は、襟やカフスに高い縫製技術を要するフラシ芯を採用する一方、裾はカットオフ仕様とすることで、精緻な作り込みと退廃的なムードを併せ持っています。

ワイドな身幅に対してすっきりとまとめた丈感、深いアームホールから袖口に向かってテーパーをかけたアームラインなど、メリハリの効いたシルエットが特徴。大胆でありながらも美しく収まる全体像は、緻密に計算されたパターンメイクによるものです。カフス部分には多くのギャザーを寄せ、立体感をさらに強調しています。

素材には、遠州産地である浜松市で織り上げ、京都で染色を施したタテヨコ20/1のスフレーヨンキャンバスを使用。微細な起毛加工を施すことで、生地本来の柔らかさと、肌に触れた際の心地よさを引き出しています。

This piece is constructed through an unconventional approach, combining refined craftsmanship with a sense of decay. The collar and cuffs are made using floating interlining, requiring a high level of sewing precision, while the hem is finished with a cut-off edge, creating a contrast between meticulous construction and a raw, worn-in mood.

Despite its wide body, the length is kept clean, and the arm line tapers from a deep armhole toward the cuff, resulting in a well-defined yet elegant silhouette. The overall balance is achieved through thoughtful pattern making, with generous gathers at the cuffs further enhancing the three-dimensional form.

The fabric is a 20/1 souffle rayon canvas, woven in Hamamatsu within the Enshu textile region and dyed in Kyoto. A fine brushing process adds softness and a pleasant hand feel, highlighting the natural qualities of the material.
