1950〜60年代にかけてアメリカ空軍で採用され、ライトゾーン用フライトジャケットの代表格として知られる L-2B FLIGHT JACKET。
本作では当時の意匠を忠実に踏襲しながら、現代的な快適性と保温性を兼ね備えた一着として再構築しています。
外側には厚みのある高密度ナイロン素材を採用。冷たい風の侵入をしっかりと防ぎ、冬場にも頼れる安心感を備えています。
さらに裏地にはウール×レーヨン混の肉厚なライニングを用いることで、想像以上の暖かさを確保。ニットなどを重ねれば、真冬のアウターとしても十分なパフォーマンスを発揮します。
見たこともないほど着古されたリアルな経年変化を再現するため、ファスナーのわずかな歪みにまでこだわり、リメイク工程を取り入れて製作された渾身の一着。
