デニムでありながら、ドレスの概念を取り入れて構築したデニムシャツ。
あくまでベーシックに、気負わず着られることを軸にしながらも、どのようにしてANCELLMらしいキャラクターを宿すか。足し算と引き算を繰り返し、そのバランスを丁寧に探りながら製作されています。
生地量を贅沢に取りつつも、パターンで端正にまとめ、衿を開いた際に仄かな色気が滲むようVゾーンを調整。ゆるやかに落ちる肩線や、やや前方へ流れる袖の設計など、あらゆる角度から見た際の美しさが意識されています。
水彩画のように滲む色合いを目指し、明度を高めながら奥行きを持たせるよう調整。職人が一点一点手作業で加工を施すことで、生地と色に豊かな表情を与えています。
ただ着古すだけでは生まれない、繊細なグラデーションをお楽しみください。

A denim shirt constructed by incorporating the sensibility of dresswear into a casual fabric. While aiming for a basic piece that can be worn effortlessly, the challenge was how to embed ANCELLM’s distinct character within it. Through repeated refinement and reduction, the balance was carefully shaped.
Generous fabric volume is contained within a precise pattern, and the V-zone is adjusted so that opening the collar reveals a subtle sensuality. Gently dropped shoulders and sleeves that flow slightly forward are designed to create a refined silhouette from every angle.
Seeking a watercolor-like diffusion of color, the INDIGO and BLACK versions are adjusted to raise brightness while maintaining depth. Each piece is hand-finished by skilled craftsmen, giving nuanced expression to both fabric and tone.
