テーラードの要素を落とし込み、洗練された雰囲気を纏わせたシャツ。

テーラード特有の端正なムードを保ちながらも力を抜いた佇まいを目指し、ゴージラインを低めに設定。上衿とのバランスを整えることで、シャツとして自然に馴染む表情へと仕上げています。身幅やアームにはゆとりを持たせながらも、ダーツやギャザーのテクニックによって全体を美しく収め、立体的なシルエットを構築しています。

素材には、表情の美しさを追い求めて製織したオリジナルの100番単糸リネンを使用。本来であれば製織の段階で切れてしまうほど繊細な糸のため、素材の産地を厳選し、糸作りの段階から丁寧に取り組まれています。さらに、その繊細な糸を扱える機屋を探し、織り組織を綿密に打ち合わせながら、負荷をかけないようゆっくりと空気を含ませて時間をかけて織り上げています。多くの工程と時間を費やすことでようやく完成した、極めて上質なリネンです。

高密度に織られたリネンは通常硬いハリを持ちますが、本作では特殊加工によってその硬さを丁寧に取り除き、糸本来のしなやかさを引き出しています。ほのかに漂う艶と柔らかなドレープが生まれ、繊細な織り目の凹凸が陰影を生み出します。

これまでのリネンとは一線を画す独特の表情を感じていただける仕上がりです。

A shirt that incorporates elements of tailoring while maintaining a relaxed and refined character.
While preserving the composed mood associated with tailored garments, the gorge line is set lower to soften the overall impression. Balanced with the upper collar, the design maintains a natural expression as a shirt. Generous dimensions in the body and sleeves are carefully controlled through darts and gathers, resulting in a well-balanced and sculptural silhouette.
The fabric is an original linen developed with a focus on achieving exceptional surface expression. It is woven using extremely delicate 100-count single linen yarns, which are so fine that they would normally break during the weaving process. To realize this fabric, the material origin was carefully selected and the yarn production itself began from scratch. A weaving mill capable of handling such delicate yarn was then identified, and the weaving structure was meticulously developed. The fabric is woven slowly and carefully, allowing air to enter the structure while minimizing stress on the yarns. The result is an exceptionally refined linen achieved through considerable time and craftsmanship.
When linen is woven densely, it typically gains a stiff hand. In this case, a special finishing process removes that hardness while preserving the natural suppleness of the yarn. The fabric develops a soft drape with a subtle sheen, while the delicate weave creates fine surface irregularities that produce depth and shadow.
The result is a linen fabric with a character rarely seen in conventional linen textiles.
