本来はニットやカットソーなどに用いられることの多いミラノリブですが、その滑らかな落ち感と心地良い伸縮性をスラックスへと落とし込むため、パターンと生地分量を緻密に調整。フロントに深い2タックを設け、たっぷりとしたボリュームを持たせながら、美しく流れ落ちるワイドシルエットを構築しています。
生地は水気を感じさせるような滑らかな艶を備え、光沢と柔軟性が合わさることで、歩くたびに生地が豊かに揺れ動きます。ミラノリブならではのトロミがワイドシルエットを引き立て、動きの中で美しい陰影を生み出します。

Wide two-tuck trousers crafted from lustrous and flexible Milano rib fabric.
While Milano rib is traditionally used for knitwear and cut-and-sew pieces, here its fluid drape and comfortable stretch are applied to a tailored trouser silhouette. The pattern and generous use of fabric have been carefully calculated, with two deep front tucks creating ample volume and a beautifully flowing wide shape.
The fabric has a smooth, almost liquid-like sheen. Its combination of luster and flexibility allows the trousers to move richly with every step, while the fluid character of the Milano rib creates subtle depth and shifting shadows throughout the silhouette.
Soft against the skin and naturally flexible, the fabric also provides excellent comfort and freedom of movement. Refined and elegant in appearance yet effortless to wear, these trousers are designed to become a frequently worn part of an everyday wardrobe.
