岡山県の機屋にて、旧式の織機を使い時間をかけて丁寧に織り上げたセルビッチデニムを使用した5ポケットイージーパンツ。
素材には、製織後の加工仕上げを一切施していない生機デニムを採用。旧式の織機でゆっくりと織り上げることで、経糸に過度な負荷をかけず、シャリ感と豊かな膨らみを併せ持つ独特の風合いに仕上げられています。生産効率よりも素材本来の表情を優先した、こだわりの詰まったデニム生地です。
原料には繊維の質や長さまで吟味した厳選された綿花を使用。さらに糸の撚り回数や形状に至るまで細かく調整することで、ドライな肌触りと奥行きのある素材感を実現しています。着用と洗いを重ねることで生地が徐々に身体へ馴染み、生機デニムならではの縮みや色落ち、風合いの変化を楽しめるのも魅力です。
デザインはオーセンティックな5ポケットパンツをベースに、ウエストにゴムを配したイージーパンツ仕様。デニムパンツらしいクラシックな佇まいを残しながら、リラックスした穿き心地を実現しています。シルエットは裾に向かってすっきりとテーパードさせることで、カジュアルな印象の中にも端正で洗練されたバランスに仕上げられています。

The fabric is loomstate denim, left completely untreated without any finishing processes after weaving. Slowly woven on traditional shuttle looms, the fabric is produced without placing excessive tension on the warp yarns, resulting in a distinctive texture that combines a crisp, dry feel with natural fullness. Rather than prioritizing production efficiency, the weaving process focuses on preserving the inherent character of the material.
Carefully selected cotton is used, with particular attention paid to fiber quality and length. The yarn twist and structure are also meticulously adjusted to achieve a dry touch and richly textured appearance. With repeated wear and washing, the fabric gradually adapts to the body, developing the shrinkage, fading, and evolving texture characteristic of untreated loomstate denim.
The design is based on classic five-pocket jeans, reinterpreted with an elastic waistband for the comfort of easy pants. While retaining the authentic character of traditional denim trousers, the construction provides a more relaxed wearing experience. A clean tapered silhouette narrows toward the hem, creating a refined balance that feels casual yet understated.
The rivets are made from copper-plated iron, gradually developing rust and patina with continued wear. As the denim fades and softens over time, these metal details also evolve, adding another layer of character to the garment.
The simplicity of the design allows the distinctive fabric and its natural aging process to take center stage.
