スウェットとフリース、それぞれの特徴を掛け合わせたオリジナルファブリックで製作されたハーフジップフーディ。
柔らかく編み上げたスウェット生地をベースに、内側を起毛させることでフリースのような心地良い肌触りを表現。起毛部分が空気を溜め込むことで保温性を高めながら、体温調節にも優れた生地に仕上げられています。
カラーは色出しから幾度も試験を重ねたオリジナルレシピで染色。くったりと着古したような落ち感のある生地に、職人が手作業で不規則なフェード加工を施すことで、一般的なヴィンテージスウェットとも異なる奥行きのある表情を作り上げています。
デザインの着想源となったのは、古着のスウェットフーディの首元を裂き、Vゾーンを作って着用していたスタイル。その裂け目を再構築するようにジップを走らせ、デザインのアクセントと使い勝手、耐久性を持たせています。ジップの開き具合によって首元の見え方を変えられるのも特徴です。
着用を重ねることでジップが徐々に蛇行し、フェードもさらに深まっていく設計。新品時の完成度だけでなく、長く着込んだ先に現れる経年変化まで楽しめるANCELLMらしい一着です。

A half-zip hoodie crafted from an original fabric developed to bridge the characteristics of sweatshirt and fleece.
The fabric begins with a softly knitted sweatshirt base, with the interior brushed to create the comfortable feel of fleece. The raised inner surface traps air to provide warmth while helping regulate body temperature, resulting in a fabric designed for comfort across changing conditions.
The color is created using an original dye recipe developed through extensive testing. Against the relaxed drape of the fabric, reminiscent of a well-worn sweatshirt, irregular fading is applied by hand to create a richly layered appearance distinct from conventional vintage garments. The design takes inspiration from old sweatshirt hoodies that were worn with the neckline deliberately torn open to create a V-shaped opening. Here, a zip is introduced along that opening, adding functionality, durability, and a distinctive design element. Adjusting the zip also allows the appearance of the neckline to be changed.
With continued wear, the zip gradually develops a subtle waviness while the fading becomes deeper and more pronounced. Designed to evolve beautifully over time, this is a distinctly ANCELLM piece that can be enjoyed not only when new, but throughout years of wear.
