柿渋染めによるベルト付きデニムトラウザー。
京都の老舗染工場にて、熟練の職人が一点一点手作業で柿渋染めを施した特別なシリーズです。天然染料ならではの深みと奥行きのある色合いが魅力で、着る人それぞれの暮らしや時間とともに唯一無二の表情へと変化していきます。柿渋に含まれるタンニンが日光や酸素に触れて酸化することで、色が徐々に深く変化していくのが最大の特徴。染め上げた後もこの経年変化は続き、約2年ほどかけて進行します。
後身頃にゴムを配し、リラックスした穿き心地を叶えながらも、ワイドストレートのシルエットで存在感を放つ一本。共生地で製作されたロングベルトが付属し、垂らしてアクセントとしても楽しめます。タックボタンには鉄製の無塗装ボタンを採用しており、時間の経過とともに錆が生じ、味わい深い表情へと育っていきます。
素材には、岡山県の歴史ある機屋で旧式のシャトル織機を用いてゆっくりと織り上げたセルビッチデニムを使用。1時間にわずか数メートルしか織ることができない旧式織機だからこそ、糸に無理な張力をかけず、厳選した綿花の質感を最大限に引き出した生地に仕上がります。撚りの回数や糸の形状にまでこだわり抜き、唯一無二のテクスチャーを実現しました。
着込むほどに柔らかく馴染み、風合いが豊かに育つ過程そのものを楽しめる特別な一本。

Belted denim trousers dyed with kakishibu (persimmon tannin).
Each piece is carefully hand-dyed by skilled artisans at a long-established dyeing workshop in Kyoto, creating a truly special series. The natural dye produces a deep, layered tone that evolves uniquely with time and wear. As the tannins in kakishibu react with sunlight and oxygen, the color gradually darkens—a transformation that continues over approximately two years. Each garment develops its own expression, reflecting the life of its wearer.
Designed for comfort and presence, the trousers feature an elastic back waist for a relaxed fit and a wide straight silhouette. A matching long belt made from the same fabric adds a distinctive accent when left to drape. The tack buttons are made of uncoated iron, which will naturally oxidize over time, developing a rich patina and vintage-like character.
The fabric itself is selvedge denim woven slowly on old shuttle looms in Okayama—machines that produce only a few meters per hour, but yield unparalleled texture by avoiding excessive tension on the yarn. Every detail, from the twist count to the yarn shape, is meticulously refined to bring out the raw, organic character of the cotton.
A pair that grows softer and more expressive with each wear, embodying the beauty of natural aging.
